Where are you from, do you have a physical store?
We are from Guadalajara, Jalisco. Although we do not have a physical store yet, we have local shipments within the ZMG and in case you want to make a change or return, it would be done directly to our warehouse.
Do you have home deliveries in Guadalajara?
Orders within Guadalajara are sent through a local parcel service and are divided into 2 zones. The cost for Zone 1 (Guadalajara, Zapopan, Tlaquepaque and Tonalá, within Periférico) is $79 pesos and for Zone 2 (Guadalajara, Zapopan, Tlaquepaque and Tonalá, outside Periférico) is $89 pesos.
What parcel service do you use and what shipping destinations do you have?
Pulaski reaches the entire Mexican Republic through Estafeta, the shipping cost is $89 pesos regular (3-6 business days) and $159 express shipping (1-3 business days), shipments to extended areas or remote towns may require an additional amount of $99 pesos.
What is the time to process orders?
The time to process orders may vary depending on the availability of the product and materials, so we recommend that you contact us after making your purchase to find out when your order will be sent to you, but they usually arrive on the dates established according to your type of shipment and are processed 24 hours after making your purchase.
What is the Delivery Time?
Shipments to the entire republic will arrive in 2 to 6 business days for regular shipments and 1 to 3 business days for express shipments as long as they are not pre-sale models, or on request, each model indicates the shipping time and date in the description. At the moment we do not have a layaway system.
What sizes/numbers do you use?
The sizes we carry are in Mexican numbers (centimeters, 22-27), in some models we do not have 22 or 27, if you have any doubts about your size or you use the size from another country, do not hesitate to ask us!
How to take care of your Pulaski?
Although our products are resistant, we recommend that you avoid getting them too wet. The bottom of the espadrilles, which is made of jute, should never get wet. To clean the jute we recommend cleaning them from side to side with a brush with soap and removing the soap with a damp cloth.
You can keep your espadrilles in good condition for longer if you always keep them dry.
