In the event of theft or loss during shipping, Pulaski is responsible for the replacement of the merchandise, provided that this is done through one of its commercial allies.

Product shipments are made through prestigious brand courier providers independent of www.pulaski.mx.

If the user or client so wishes, they may request that their order be sent through another courier, but Pulaski is not responsible for any damage or incident that may occur during shipping.

As previously stated, in the event that the information or data provided by the user or client for the shipment of their items is not true or is incorrect, the user or client will be solely responsible for any damage that this fact may cause, including the shipment not arriving.

Delivery time with the courier service begins 24 hours after confirming the payment that the user or client has made for the selected item. The 24 hours are counted in business days and hours (not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).
