We want you to be completely satisfied with every pair of Pulaski you buy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept the exchange of your Pulaski, fulfilling the following conditions. We ask you to review our policies before making your first purchase with us.
1. Each pair must be in perfect condition (original packaging, unused, unscratched and with all its accessories).
2. In the case of returns, the amount will be returned as credit to buy another Pulaski product of equal or greater cost, paying the difference. In no case will it be returned in cash or bank transfer.
3. To make a change of size, it must be requested within the first 15 calendar days from the day your package was sent. This change can be for the same model or a different model of equal or greater cost than the initial one, paying the corresponding difference.
4. Because producing conscious fashion implies having conscious prices, we do not include the costs of changes in our regular prices. The cost of the parcel that the client will pay in the first exchange will be $299 in total ($150 for the return and reshipping guides each), which will have to be deposited in the BBVA account with Interbank Clabe: 012320004787009580 in the name of Paola Amador Jaramillo. To avoid changes you can contact us and decide which size would fit you best.
5. All orders are thoroughly checked before being sent but if there is any defect contact Pulaski, in this case we will absorb the cost of the parcel.
6. For each exchange or return, photographs must be sent showing the top and bottom of the shoe, if it is a defect change it must be highlighted, once you have the evidence you will have to send it to the email [email protected] along with the deposit or transfer so that it can be evaluated by our returns administration.
7. Once the return is accepted, we will send you a guide to print, stick on the package and drop it off at the post office closest to your home. Once they arrive at our warehouse, the exchange will be sent to your home.
8. Our products have a 15-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Once the warranty has expired, no changes or returns can be made.
Remember that our footwear is 100% handmade, so they may have small aesthetic differences from other pairs, but they will be almost imperceptible and do not affect the functionality or quality of your Pulaski in any way.
Pulaski reserves the right to modify or change the return policies at any time, so it should be checked frequently.
We ask that you carefully review the shipping information, since Pulaski cannot be held responsible for lost packages or those sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, if the error was on the part of the customer.
