We want you to be completely satisfied with every pair of Pulaski shoes you choose.

If for any reason you’re not, we gladly accept exchanges and returns under the following conditions.
We recommend reading these policies before placing your first order.


1. Product Conditions

Each pair must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging, unused, unworn, without scratches, and with all accessories included.
Please include a note inside the box with your name, date, and order number.


2. Returns

In case of a return, the amount will be issued as store credit to purchase another Pulaski product of equal or greater value, covering the price difference if applicable.


3. Size or Model Exchanges and Returns

You may request an exchange within 30 calendar days from the date your order was shipped.
Exchanges may be made for the same model or for another of equal or greater value, paying the difference.

For returns, you have 8 days from the date of delivery to request it. After this period, returns will no longer be possible.


4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Creating conscious fashion means offering fair prices, so shipping costs for exchanges are not included in our regular prices.
The customer is responsible for these costs, which range from $89 to $149 MXN per shipping label (one for sending the shoes to Pulaski and another for the return shipment). The final amount depends on your location.

Payment is made through a payment link provided when requesting the exchange on our website.

If you prefer, you can arrange and pay for the shipping labels on your own.

To avoid the need for exchanges, if you have questions about your size, contact us before placing your order — we’ll be happy to help you choose the best fit.


5. Defective Products

We carefully inspect every order before shipping.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. In such cases, Pulaski will cover all shipping costs.


6. Required Photographs

To process any exchange or return, you’ll need to send photos showing the top and bottom of the shoes.
Please note that shoes must be unused for the exchange or return to be accepted.


7. Exchange or Return Process

Once your request has been approved and payment confirmed, we’ll send you a shipping label to print and attach to your package.
You can drop it off at the nearest Estafeta office or, if available, request a home pickup from the carrier.

After we receive your package and verify the product’s condition, we’ll send your new pair to the registered address.


8. Warranty

Our products include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.
After this period, exchanges or returns will no longer be accepted.


9. Important

Please note that our shoes are 100% handcrafted, which means they may show slight aesthetic variations between pairs.
These differences are natural and do not affect the quality or functionality of your Pulaski shoes.

Pulaski reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time, so we recommend reviewing them periodically.

Lastly, please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.
In cases where a package is lost or delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error, Pulaski cannot be held responsible.
